Bali Chicken Stew

Directions

  1. Cut chicken, onion and paprika into cubes, garlic into small pieces, and apple into small strips

  2. Fry the chicken and put aside

  3. Fry the onion and paprika, until the onion becomes soft and transparent. Then add the garlic

  4. Mix in chicken, coconut milk, diluted chicken broth and soy sauce

    Tip
    For a thicker stew, add cornstarch mixed with equal parts cold water

  5. Bring to a boil, then add the spices; curry, salt and pepper

  6. Add the pineapple pieces, pineapple juice and apple pieces. Let it simmer for 5-6 minutes

  7. Serve with rice
