Pytt i Panne with Sausage
This is a dish commonly uses to get rid of leftovers, therefor ingredients can easily be adjusted to what you have available

Directions
Peel and dice vegetables
Start by peeling, then cutting the potato and carrot into tiny cubes
Cook vegtables (if not using leftovers)
If you're using leftovers, this step can be skipped
Now you want to cook the potato and carrots, until tender. Once cooked, let it rest a bit
Cook onion with butter
Melt butter slight, then add the onion and cook for a few minutes, so the option gets a bit golden / transparent
Add sausage
Now add the sausage with the onion and cook for another couple of minutes
Add vegetables
Now add the remaining vegetables and mix in, until evenly heated and preferably slight golden colour
Add slight butter, if the frying pan gets to dry
Taste with salt and pepper
Add slight salt and pepper, according to taste. People can always add more themselves
