Layered nachos

Directions

Cut and cook meat

Start by cutting the meat into pieces, cook and add taco powder according to instructions

Spread tortillas in tray/form

Spread the Tortilla in an fire resistant form or on a the tray, so that it covers the bottom

Add salsa, chilly and meat

Now you want to spread the meat, chilly and salsa around on the nachos. It's fine that it doesn't cover everything, just a bit here and there

Add Mozzarella

Now spread a gentle layer of cheese

Second layer of tortillas

Now we add another layer of tortillas on top of the cheese

Add Cheddar

Then we top with cheddar. A mix of cheddar and mozzarella also works

Oven

Now you want to have it in the pre-heated oven for 3-5 minutes at 180°C or until cheese is melted to desired degree

Serve and enjoy

To add a little extra, dip a spoon in sour cream and wave it over the nachos

Then you can can serve it straight from the tray/form, but you might want to put it on a plate or cutting board, as it can be a bit hot underneath
