Chicken Katsu
Crispy and delicious Chicken Katsu, that fits perfect with a lot of dishes such as curry

Tenderize meat

Tenderize the chicken using a meat tenderizer hammer and beat until the meat has an even hight
If chicken breast is very thick, butterfly cut is a good way to thin it down
Add spice

Add salt, pepper and any other spice you want
Prepare the plates

Now prepare four plates. One with flour, one with wisped egg, one with breadcrumbs and one for the meat
Dip in flour

Coat the chicken in flour
Dip in egg

Cover the chicken with egg
Dip in breadcrumbs

Cover the chicken in breadcrumbs and top with sesame seeds
Fry chicken

Fry the chicken for about 3-5 minutes per side, in preheated oil on medium high
