An easy casserole with sausage, milk, tomato puree and onion
Directions
Cut sausage and onion
Cut sausage into strips and chop the onion
Fry sausage and onions
Fry the sausages and onions for about 5 minutes
Add tomato puree
Add tomato puree and fry for a few more minutes
If you don't have tomato puree, tomato paste also works. Mix paste with equal amount of water
Mix in milk and soy sauce
Mix in milk and soy sauce, then let it simmer for about 5 minutes
Serve with rice/mashed potato
It fits perfectly with both rice and mashed potato
