Long Pan Pizza with ham and pineapple

Home made long pan pizza is for many a Saturday tradition

Instructions


Make the dough

Mix the yeast in room temperature water

Add oil, salt and flour

Knead the dough well. Then put aside and let it rise to double size

Once about double size, you can proceed to next step

Make the sauce

Add the chopped onion, tomato puree, hermetic tomato's and water into a casserole. Let the sauce simmer for about 10 minutes, until it tickens. Taste with salt and paper

Prepare the dough

Roll out the dough and have it over on a baking paper in a long pan

Spread the sauce over the dough

Add the ham, cheese and paprika

Into the oven


Put the pizza in the middle of a preheated oven, at 225°C for about 20 minutes

Serve and enjoy

Once the pizza is ready and the cheese looks golden, it's ready to serve. It goes well with a fresh salad
