Prepare ingredients
Start by finding the ingredients you need
This is a great dish too use up what you have laying around of both vegetables and meat, so here you can easily add/remove depending on what's available
Cut vegetables into cubes
Peal and cut into cubes. Where the potatos are slight lager cubes, than the carrots and turnip. This is due to the potatos will get slight smaller as they're cooked
Cook vegetables
Put the cut vegetables in a casserole, and fill water slight above the vegetables. Add the broth cubes and cook the vegetables until tender
Cut sausage
While the vegetables cook, we can prepare the other ingredients
Cut the sausage into bite sized pieces. Here we use wiener, but other kinds of sausage works fine as well
Cut onion into half boats
Cut the the onion into boats and cut them into half
Add to casserole
When the potato, carrots and turnip is ready. Add the onion and sausage to the casserole
Now you just need to cook it for a little while and the food is ready to be served
Serve and be ready for seconds
Now you can serve the food with flat bread or bread. Then put salt and pepper on the table, so people can add what they feel likeThen take bread with slight butter and dip it in the soup. Enjoy
