Norwegian style Grated Vegetables Salad: Recipe

A simple salad, commonly used in Norway besides dishes such as Fish Gratin and Fish balls in white sauce
Instructions
Grate vegetables
Peal and grate the vegetables
Add some lemon juice
Either squice fresh juice or use juice you already have. Add a few drops, mix and serve
Ready to serve
Now you can either serve it straight away or cover it and put in the fridge, until its time to eat
