A mild recipe for potato wedges

Directions
Cut the potato's into wedges
Clean the potato's, cut them in half and then cut them into wedges
Put the cut pieces in a large bowl or casserole
Add oil
Pour the oil over the potato's
Add spices
Add all the spices in the bowl. Put on a lid or plate, then shake to mix the potato with the oil and spices
Bake
Put on a tray in the middle of the oven. At 200°C for 30min. Turn the wedges once or twice during cooking, to ensure even cooking
