Soft chocolate chip cookies

Directions
- In a large bowl, mix in flour, cornstarch, salt and baking soda. Then put aside
- In another large bowl, mix butter, brown sugar, and sugar on medium speed until combined, roughly 2 minutes
- Mix the eggs and vanilla extract
- Now add in the dry ingredients. The dough will start being thick
- Mix in the chocolate chips
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C
- On parchment paper, place 1 tbsp of dough and push it slight down on top. Leave some space around the cookies, as they'll grow in the oven
- [Optional] Top with chocolate chips if you wish
- Into the oven for 12-13 minutes, or until the sides becomes lightly brownes. Then let them cool for about 15min on a wire rack, while still on the parchment paper
