Improve your fried chicken

Fried chicken is good, don't get me wrong. But when adding some extra flavour to it and the plate is licked clean

After you've breaded and fries your chicken, it's ready to eat and you'll have a good meal

I currently live in the Philippines, where fried chicken is extremely popular and once in a while you want some variations

Topping

This just come down to preference and what you have available

Today I had BBQ sauce, Chicken sauce and Chilly Honey sauce available

I take the fries chicken, that have gotten a few minutes to drip of the excess oil. Into a container, pour the sauce I want into the container. Close the lid and shake well, to mix the sauce and chicken

Then I place the chicken on a serving plate, take some more chicken into the box and pick another sauce. Then I keep going until I have gotten the flavors I want
