Cleaning ears

After having prolonged issues with my ears, an NET specialist (Nose, Ear and Throat) recommended to clean ears using household items

After that, I rarely have had ear issues. Just avoid using Q-tips (white sticks to clean ears)

Ingredients

- Isopropyl Alcohol 70%
- Red Cane Vinegar
- Tissue (optional)

Mix ingredients

Unless you have a needle to extract or measure. I normally add 50% Alcohol and 50% vinegar on a spoon, then mix it

Put in ear for 5 seconds

Tilt your head to the side, so the ear you want to clean is facing up. Now pour 3 drops or until ear is full, then wait 5 seconds by counting from 2001 and up to 2005. Then hold a tissue against the ear and pour out left over liquid. Now do the other ear
