Holidays is a time for celebrations and family, but many people don't have that. Their family might live accros the country, their friends might have gone home for the holidays or you might just not have much people in your daily life

Nearly two years of lockdowns and isolations, haven't helped the situation either and some have it opposite. They're stuck at home, with abusive people they normally could go outside to get a break fromUnfortunately, this why the holidays is peak season for suicide. So this holiday, try to slow down a minute. A small act of kindness helps more than you can think
Sometimes a friendly "Hello, how's your day?" or a hug (with consent), can make someone's day
