Are Enchanted Kingdom Annual passes worth it?

Enchanted Kingdom
One of Philippines biggest amusement parks is called Enchanted Kingdom, commonly referred to as EK, and is located in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. Which is about half an hour drive south of Metro ManilaThey have a wide selection of rides for all ages and you'll easily need at least two days if you want to experience everything
Annual VS Day Pass
If you look away from ticket prices and their duration, but what the ticket offer. You can say Enchanted Kingdom offers two kind of tickets; regular passes and express passes. Where the difference is what lines you can use inside EK, all rides have two lines. Regular line is open to everyone and the express line is open only to EKspress pass holdersEKspress (EK spress, as in Enchanted Kingdom Express) passes cost twice as much as regular day passes and if you go on a busy day, you can save a lot of time in queues by having an express pass. If you go on a slower day, don't mind queuing or just select less busy rides, a regular pass is enough for most occasions
If you plan to visit the park at least twice with EKspress pass or four times with a regular pass, we recommend going straight for an Annual Pass. It gives you one year access to the park, with EKspress access to all rides and discounts at most stalls on select food items and on select merchandise in the gift shops
For juniors (36 to 47 inches), seniors and PWD there's special rates on day passes. Annual passes has only one rate and is same for everyone

If you plan to visit Enchanted Kingdom a few times within the next 12 months, then an annual pass is definitely worth it. It's really convenient, as you just pickup your entrance ticket from the booth and then can go straight inside the parkNo need to worries about lines, as even on busy days the EKspress line are normally not to bad. Slight line can be expected on very popular rides, but with the annual pass it goes fairly quick even on those rides
If you only plan to visit once, then annual pass is probably not for you and if you change your mind, you can always upgrade to the annual pass inside the park on the day of your visit. You pay slight extra compared to buying the annual pass straight, but not by much. If you only plan to visit for one day, I recommend checking out their official website as there's often promotions on entrance for birthdays, certain cardholders and more
Our verdict: Check it out!
