How to clean an e-Bike

Equipment

- Bucket - Hose - Car shampoo - Cloth

Disconnect power

Before starting cleaning, you want to ensure the charger is disconnected and areas to be carefully with, such as the charger plug and battery ventilation

Rinse

Go over the entire e-Bike with a hose and rise off surface dust

Mix shampoo

Follow the instructions on the car shampoo you have and mix it with water

Benefit of using car shampoo, over just water. Is that it's design to better clean road dust and at the same time protect paint

Wash e-Bike

Now you take the microfiber cloth and dip it in the water, then you go over all surfaces. Continue until you have done the entire e-Bike

Rins off

Now it's time to rinse off and it's important to get off all the shampoo

Dry

Use a microfiber cloth or a towel, to wipe off excess water. This is to prevent water marks

Break test

Now that your e-Bike is cleaned, you probably got water om the breaks. So it's important to break heavily a few times, right after wash

This is to dry up the breaks and to ensure they are responsive
