There's many starter kits out there too choose from. As the Raspberry Pi's have always been sold loose, seller's have found that there's a market for a startup kit and they're not wrong
If you only need the board, then you can just get the board. But if you don't have what you need, a starter kit is an quick and easy way to get close to everything you need

Raspberry Pi 4 B
The most essential part in any build, will be the Raspberry Pi itself. This is a Raspberry Pi 4 B 4GB variant, but it also comes in other RAM configurationsRaspberry Pi 4 B features: - Bluetooth 5.0 - Wi-Fi (2.4GHz and 5GHz) - 2 x USB 2.0 - 2 x USB 3.0 - 2 x Micro HDMI output - 1 x USB-C input (power) - GPIO - 4GB RAM (also available in 1GB / 2GB / 8GB)
There are four variants of the Raspberry Pi 4 B and the difference is only RAM size. The 1GB is defunct and replaced at the same price by the 2GB model, as RAM have gotten cheaper. You'll still find the 1GB variant sold
Raspberry Pi 4 Official USB-C Charger
This is the official 1.5M Raspberry Pi 4 charger, but other USB-C chargers also works as long as they're minimum 3A (2.5A can be used under certain circumstances)This is the US-variant, but you can also find it with UK and EU plug. Comes in black or white. It supports AC 100-240V 50/60Hz input, DC 5.1V 3A output
