The green plumber is back, but can he save Mario and is it worth checking out?

Story

After being invited to an art-deco high rise named The Last Resort. Luigi, Mario, Princess Peache, Polterpup and trio of Toads heads there

After checking out the lobby, Luigi heads to the reception and checks in

They get their rooms and the truth behind the indentation starts to be revealed. King Boo have invited them, so he can trap themand get revenge

Just before Luigi is caught, he jumps into a laundry chute and drops down to the basement. After some exploring, he bumps into E. Gadd. Who provide Luigi with the Poltergust vacuum, so Luigi can capture the ghosts and feel his friends

Gameplay


Equipped with the Poltergust vacuum and accompanied by Gooigi, Luigi is traversing the hotel to find his friends

Each floor has it own unique theme, puzzles and boss ghost/s. Most of the floors will contain a selection of more generic ghosts, while the boss ghosts is unique and have more personality

To be able to travel to the next floor, you'll need to find the elevator button on each floor. Which you'll obtain by defeating the floors boss ghost

Coop


One of the best additions, is the option to play almost the entire game in coop. With the exception of the opening, before you meet Gooigi

First and second player each have some unique abilities, while still being basically the same character

Verdict


Luigi is back and in top shape, after a mediocre 2nd entry in the series

Strap on your trusted vacuum. Get assistance from Gooigi, by either controlling him yourself or by a friend in coop. Then go ghost hunting, while trying to rescue your friends from King Boo
