Mario Kart 8 Deluxe — Booster Course Pass DLC won't start
So you bought the Booster Course Pass DLC for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, but can't play the tracks. Let's fix that

Today the first wave of new tracks launched for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and you're probably exited to try them out, but get a screen telling you to go buy them
If you already bought the DLC or have an active Nintendo Switch Online - Expansion Pass membership, then you just need to head over to the eShop store and download the DLC

Find Mario Kart 8 Deluxe — Booster Course Pass, under Mario Kart 8 in the eShop
Click Download and the DLC will shortly be downloaded. If you only own the Expansion Pack, there will also be an option to buy the DLC, but this is not needed. As the DLC is free to use, as long as your membership is active

Once the download is complete, you can go back into Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
Now you'll get OK, when you try to launch the new courses and will be able to play them
