What's next

Netflix haven't officially renewed the series at the point of writing, but based on Netflix history of renewing anime shows they're producing and how big the Resident Evil franchise is. It would be strange if we didn't at least get a second season, especially based on how they left the ending open for more to come

Considering Castlevania on Netflix also started with only 4 episodes for season 1, then got 8 episodes for season 2 and then 10 episode in the succeeding seasons. I don't see it unlikely that Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness could get more episodes in succeeding seasons as well

Conclusion

The story feels a bitt messy, as it jumps back and fort. It's not as engaging as I would like, but I still watch it all in one go and hoping for more

I think with a longer season, so they can spread it out a bit more it would be better. Now I feel some areas was a bit rushed over to fit it in

If you're an Resident Evil fan, I have no problem recommending to watch the series and I bet you'll like it, but just expect to have a feeling that you expected a bit more when you're done
